We've upgraded a crm 4 system to crm 2011 and I'm am now looking to edit an imported webresource file (from another 2011 system we have) but as soon as I do and then save the webresource the vast majority of the code disappears - what is happening?

The text of the webresource ends up as below:

Now when I import the solution with the webresource and first look at my webresource file it is all there - just when I come to edit it and save it things disappear.

Any ideas?

I forgot to add it appears to be something to do with the <script> tags. If I add all of the code without the script tags I can save the file, edit it and then resave all ok.

If I add in any of the script tags which refer to Globalcontext or any of the other javascript files and then save I end up with the code the same as the post above (text missing).
