Exceptional errors

Dear Team,

we are using KWS CRM Component to integrate the data into CRM by SSIS.

I am having some clarification on below errors. Can you please help me to understand  why these error occurs.
we are not getting these type of error frequently. Also it got succeeded on its re-try. Just curious to know what would be the reason for  these failure.
Below are the errors. all these errors occurred very few times. -- also got succeed on it's next run(second or third run)
  1. An error occurred with the following error message: "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Exception from HRESULT: 0xC0047020 (SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365, v8.0.0.6228 - ISServerExec, v11.0.5058.0)  
  2.  An error occurred with the following error message: "KingswaySoft.IntegrationToolkit.DynamicsCrm.CrmServiceException: CRM service call returned an error: Generic SQL error.(Error Code: -2147204784, Detail Message: Generic SQL error.) (SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365, v8.0.0.6228 - ISServerExec, v11.0.5058.0)    System.ServiceModel.FaultException<KingswaySoft.DynamicsCrmServices.Soap2011.OrganizationService.OrganizationServiceFault>: Generic SQL error
  3. An error occurred with the following error message: "System.Exception: Error(s) occurred when processing the batch: [1] [9225fca2-39c8-e511-8102-3863bb36fca8] CRM service call returned an error: Cannot obtain lock on resource:'Contact_9225fca2-39c8-e511-8102-3863bb36fca8', mode:Update - stored procedure sp_getapplock returned error code -3.  (SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365, v8.0.0.6228 - ISServerExec, v11.0.5058.0)

    Hi Kanna,

    Unfortunately, the error message you are getting “CRM service call returned an error: Generic SQL error.” is a very generic error and is coming from the CRM server side. You would have to turn on CRM trace log on CRM Server side in order to better understand the situation.

    For CRM on-premise, you can turn on CRM trace log with the following tool.

    After you have turned on trace log, you can run the data load task, and CRM server will generate some log files under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM\Trace folder. Then you would use one of the following tools to help you read the log files.

    If you are using CRM Online, you would want to contact the CRM Online Support team to request for assistance.
