Intercompany Handled Transactions, what is the purpose of some of these icons in Navision ?

Hi Community,

May I ask in Intercompany Handled IC Outbox Transactions, may I ask:

1. Where do you need to Re-create Outbox Transaction?

2. When you insert the comment, where does it appears?

3. Why do you need to insert comments here since it seems unlikely that users will be coming into Handled IC Outbox Transactions ?

The IC business logic works that one user it's the handler from one company and another one it's from the other. So maybe you can send an IC but the receiver doesn't accept that and you've to send it again

Hi KTA，

If we were to resend the IC, then what happens to the old IC? Will navision knows to delete it or block it from accidentally resend?
