Hi Experts,
We removed all "Export to Excel" privilege to all our Security Roles except for System Administrator. Now we want our Users who has access to some of the report to be able to export data. We are using Dynamics 365 online.
Please advise how to implement this requirement.

Hi LMP ,
Its normal , you have to create separate security role with having access of "Export to Exel" and assign to the user whoever needs. There is no other supported way you can display the button apart from assigning security role.
