MR re: More than one integrations

I created a Test environment (a test system database and a test application database) to run some processes in the GL so I can see the impact of those transactions in a financial report in MR.

Therefore I attempted to create an integration to the test databases in MR. When the integration was completed, I refreshed the companies and I am only seeing the test companies and not the live companies. Am I not suppose to see all companies - the test and live companies?

Could someone point me to what I may have missed or done wrong? Any suggestion will be appreciated?
