Can I limit the number of contacts that a dynamic segment finds?

Hi,

I am trying to send a monthly email that goes to 15000 different contacts each month. Is there a way to build a dynamic segment that limits to a number of contacts?

So, it would find 15000 contacts (based on our criteria) but excludes them if they have previously received the email.

    Per my experience, there is no OOB way to limit the number of contacts in dynamic segment. You could post an idea here to progress this feature:

    Hello Jamie0 

    If you are creating a new customer journey and want to exclude the contacts that had already received an email previously, a dynamic segment can be created as follows:

    Use the Existing segment that contains the 15000 contacts and then add a behaviour block with 'BUT NOT' condition that removes the contacts who have received emails from a specific Customer journey.

    You can also add timestamp related condition.
