How to obtain developer account or access to MSD 365/CRM. Is there a free option?

    You either:

    1. Use trials in online, that are valid for 30 days.

    2. Install an onpremises versions. Then you might want to use a msdn subsription

    Other than that, there's no developer license / environment available.
