I'm trying to configure the Requisition Information Agent (RQ. RIA.00), everything looks right but no e-mail has been send. I check the server application log and discover that the version I'm using is not supported. I'm using Outlook 2013.
should I change the version of Outlook? for which one?

We are using Outlook 2010 and it works. I didn't try with 2013 version.
