Time zone setting for RTM journey

I'm setting a real time journey (trigger based) and there will be emails sent out to recipients in different time zones.
 
1) Should I set the time zone to (GMT) Coordinated Universal Time? 
2) Is there a way for me to determine an email needs to be send out at a certain time (so the emails can be sent out during day time when people more likely to open them)? For example, my trigger set as on creation of a lead, and if I wanted to have an email sent out the following day at 9AM regardless where the recipient resides, is this doable?   
 
I experimented with both the Wait action and Schedule, couldn't find a solution. Any advice would be appreciated!

    Hi,
    Customers in different time zones will receive their mail at the same time, and it is not possible to dynamically change the time of receipt depending on the region.
    Perhaps you could consider creating multiple journeys branches based on the customer's region, setting different wait times under different branches:
