5Good morning to you all,
I'm new on Customer Voice tool so forgive me if my question could seems dumb for someone.
I would like to know if there is a supported way to customize the layout for a NPS question.
I'll try to explain better my requirement, this is the standard layout for a NPS question:
We should customize the icon within the bar, or at least color them with three different colours to better highlight which scores are considered bad, neutral or good.
The final result should be something like this:
Is it possibile to do this?
Can someone provide any tip?
