If I capture a lead with opt-in and this is matched to a contact, how is this usually handed? Is opt-in managed both at the lead and contact level?

Is it LinkedIn Lead Gen?

If you are using Outbound Marketing together with profile based consent, then opt-in is only available for contacts. If you are however making use of the Consent Center, opt-in is managed on a contact-point basis (email address). I hope this helps.
