Change Store Name?

We are running RMS with 6 individual stores. We are needing to change the name on one or two of the stores. Is this possible without creating an entire new database? Can this be done in HQ Manager under Admin>Stores, or can it be done in HQ Admin? Thanks!

Hi Zakeer,

You can change the store name in HQ. This will reflect it in HQ functions, such as issuing worksheet, status, reports etc

HQ Manager [Maintenance Mode]-> Admin->Stores->select the store->properties->Change the store name

To change the name in POS. This will reflect in POS receipt, POS screen etc.

Store Operation Manager->Configuration->Store Name

Which country are you in?

If you want to change the name and address of the store goto RMS Manager - File - Configuration.

Select Store if one store operation.
