failed to get priv user group information

I am getting an error while trying to access CRM 2013 on premise. The error occurs even after accessing it from admin account. It says an unexpected error. Below is the error message.

Can anyone help to sort it out?

    Please check your SQL server is up and not having any issues.

    One more question, it was working fine or not ?

    Hi,

    Enabling tracing should give you more clarity what is the issue here, you can also see if there is some additional information available in event viewer.

    It worked. there was some problem with AD sync
