Has anyone successfully exposed field service scheduling capability via a Dynamics portal, e.g. to allow a prospective customer to select an available appointment slot via the portal? I'm investigating this as a potential solution but struggling to find documentation/guidance around the portal element.

Hi Becky, we have implemented this a basic level harnessing the dynamics web services, however it involved development. We are all hoping that MS release a scheduling API at some point.

Hitachi Solutions Europe are creating a product which allows customer to schedule work orders via portal.
But if you are planning to make something yourself then it will include C# development. The main action to get resource availability from the schedule board is this:
