666 Super User 2025 Season 1

We are creating quality order for first article inspection. This is common scenario for Injection Molding Manufacturing Industry. Since there is no standard feature hence we are customizing. We are using Adv warehousing as well along with Quality order.

Question: Quality order is auto generated when status is changed to 'Start'. Upon validating we are posting RAF journal based on result. If QA pass then Good Qty and if QA Fail then Error qty in RAF journal.

But main problem is - Quality put-away work is generated but getting error - Unable to reserve an inventory for work. Moreover, work is having no pick and put location.

When i try to reserve inventory from quality order form getting below error.

I removed blocking.

Can you check the inventory transactions? There might be a inventory blocking of the quality order.
