Document attachment in multi company set up for GP2018

Hello, we just recently started using the attachment functionality. We have about 15 companies in our GP2018 and use Professional Service Tools Library to copy vendors to all companies when created in one. We attached a W-9 form in Vendor maintenance window in one of the companies. Is there a way to make this attachment be copied to all other companies, just like when creating a new vendor?
