Add comments to an activity.

When creating an activity, for example a phone call:
Let's imagine that I dial a contact but they don't answer,
I want to place with date and time that I tried to call but they didn't answer,
now in two days I call again and they still don't answer;
How to add those comments without having to create new activities every time you want to add a comment?

    Hi,

    Try adding a new section with Notes and add it else create a seperate table for notes and add your notes over there.

    I added a phone call against a record. I can add descriptions there as you can see in the below screenshot

    It is also showing me the Modified On with the description in the timeline

    Hello David,

    There are various ways we can record this information by using the "Activity Timeline". Activity Timeline is to keep track of all your customer communications. or example, you can take notes, send email, make phone calls, set up appointments, and assign yourself tasks as you work a sale or resolve a service case. These actions are all considered types of activities.

    You can use Notes/Phone Call Record Activity for this requirement depending upon the data which you have.

    System will generate appropriate timestamp which will include details like Created on, Created by, Modifies on/by, etc if Audit history is enabled.

    Hello, thank you very much for your time.

    Subject and regarding have the same name, which confuses me if you're putting the information in one or the other.

    From what I see when you create the call activity you also create a quick campaign like regarding , that's where I'm not sure if I'm understanding correctly.

    Anyway try to create a quick campaign from this point to see if it looks like what you show me, but it's giving me an error.

    No. Sometimes it may be a campaign, sometimes it is an account and e.t.c. Go to the record for which you need to add an activity or call and created an activity from there it will automatically be allocated.

    Use description field or you can create a new field and add it on the form.
