Enable multiple users (100+) in one go after DB refresh

Hi,

Recently I refreshed one of my sandbox environments. Post this action, all users except myself (I'm the admin) got disabled.

Is there a way to enable them in one-go? There are over 100 users in the system and it will take time to enable them one by one.

Thanks.

You can connect to the database and do it by SQL. If you aren't familiar with it, read Enable just-in-time database access.

I assume you may also be able to use other ways such as data management.

    Hi,

In addition to the reply from Martin, you can also consider creating a Power Automate flow or use the Excel add-in for enabling the users.
