Right now, when I slect on Accounts, the default view is "My Active Accounts." How do I change this to "Active Accounts?"

Thanks

    Hi Marcus,

Go to the customization -> Open account entity -> Click on forms and views -> select the 'My active accounts' view from the list -> above on grid click on more actions menu -> click set default.

Just to add to Ankit's post, this is system wide, so everyone's default view will be what is setup as the default here, it is not based on user.

From the CRM interface, click on Settings in the lower left > in the upper left, click Customization > under Customization, select Customize Entities > the window will populate with all entities in the system > select Account > on the window that opens, click Forms and Views > the window will populate with the system forms and views created > highlight the view you would like to set as default and click More Actions > Set Default.  You may have done all of this, but make sure you go to the top of this window and select Actions > Publish.  Customization changes will not take show until they are published.  You may have to refresh the browser in some instances.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Marcus

If you go into Outlook, press the Drop Down arrow to the right of the "My Active Accounts" and click on "Active Accounts".

Then click the X button on "My Active Accounts". This will persist in outlook when you close and re-open.

Naturally this will be for your outlook and not system wide.

    Regards

    Anthony
