Project Accounting Retainers and Average Days To Pay

Hi!

When a retainer is applied to a project invoice, I would imagine the invoice never ages, since it's like applying a prepay to an invoice.  Can anyone confirm this behavior?  The exact steps are 1) Enter a Retainer Invoice 2) Apply Cash to the Retainer Invoice 3) On a Project Billing Invoice, enter a bill against a Billings and apply the retainer using the More Info button.

Thanks,

Steve

Can you delete customers who have activity, or will it only let you delete customers who have no activity?

I would also agree with you because it never hits AR because as you stated it is fully paid.  Are you wanting it to be aged?
