Showing estimated revenue lost to a competitor

I want to show on the Competitor Form the estimated revenue that we have lost to competitors. I can do it using the Actual Revenue field but that is messing with our estimated / actual revenue on jobs that we have won. I've tried using the roll up function on the field but the only option coming up when i select "Sum" is Actual revenue (see below) any ideas if this is possible or any alternative ways i can get this data on the competitor form. I also want to report this data on a dashboard but if i can get the estimated revenue field to calculate i can do the charts etc on the dashboard.

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi Louisa,

You cannot find the estimated revenue field in the rollup because there is no such field in the Opportunity Close Activity entity.

You can try to create a custom field in it and get the value from Opportunity when Opportunity is closed and pass it to this field with Flow.

So that you can use it in the Rollup.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Nya
