In my company we need create new financial reports, more explicit with a better presentation and for this reason we think use Frx for GP 10 (SP4).
Downloaded a trial version for make a test with excelent results. Now we need step forward with a real database and here come our problem.
When i try to connect with Fabrikam this appears:
"FRx32.OFSIMain.CheckOFSIConnection
-2147221401: Error getting Dynamics version number from table Dynamics..DB_Upgrade"
Is good mean i use a new machine, outside from my network, for security, install GP 10 SP4, Sql 2008 SP1 and upgrade FRx to 6.7.1043.
I did odbc connection in "System DNS", pass the test and apparently everithing is fine.
I read maybe is a permission problems with my user but im using "sa" for connect. Really dont understand.
any idea what could be happening?
