Any Help on This Please!!

I need to link the campaign code to a customer journey in Dynamics 365 Marketing in order to track and attribute interactions back to a specific marketing campaign. The goal is to ensure that when contacts engage with emails, forms, or other touchpoints in the journey, their responses are tied to a campaign code for reporting and performance analysis.
