Email sent from GP goes to Outlook but does not appear to have been sent.

Greetings to the well of knowledge...

I have just finished setting up an email environment for GP so that reports can be sent to users in our domain.  The function appears to be working successfully but when I look in Outlook's (2007) Sent Items folder, the messages show "This message has not been sent".  I'm baffled.

Thanks,

Ken

Not using Exchange; using Gmail and Google Apps Sync.

    Ken,

I have seen this with Office 2010, but not 2007.  Are you using cached exchange mode on the Outlook Client?

    Regards,

    Aaron

    Hi Ken,

To me - if the email gets created in Outlook - GP has done its job. Try forwarding the email but in the CC type in the users email address. Send. See if it goes to the CC and if ou get a rejection from the To.

    Ian.
