Expense management OCR not working

After the version update to 10.0.44 (10.0.2263.117) Installed platform version: Update68 (7.0.7606.138), the OCR system stopped working and also from the mobile application, is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    Please confirm whether this feature is turned on as of now? And as you are mentioning that it stopped working, are you getting any errors or what is not working, please clarify.

    Is your OCR add-in installed on this environment?
    Could you check it from the LCS or Power Platform please.

    Good morning, thank you very much for your responses. Yes, the OCR was working without any issues, but after a copy of the environment was made, it stopped working and no longer reads data from the receipts.
    The update you mentioned is already installed, and the OCR is also installed and active the ad-in instaled in Power Platform.

    I am attaching the screenshots of the steps.
     
    1) First, I enter any expense report, or in this case a new one, and then I select attach receipt.
    2) I select my expense receipt to attach.
     
     
    3) Once the receipt is attached, as seen on the screen, it is not taking either the supplier, the amount, or the date.
     
     
     
    Not getting any errors, it is just not reading the data.

    Thanks for sharing the information. This is the classic sign that the OCR engine is no longer being called after the version update. The possible causes in this scenario are below that need intention:
    1. Check "Auto-match and create expense from receipt" is enabled in Feature Management. If already enabled try to Disable and enable again.
    2. Check the Receipt Capture URL. Expense management> Setup> General> Expense management parameters> Automatic Receipt Capture. If URL is there make sure its not OLDER VERSION.
    3. Test the endpoint in Postman. In Azure portal>  your Cognitive Services resource.

    What is the Older version? I can't find any documentation stating what this value should be. Can you point me in the right direction?

    Good morning, everyone,
    I appreciate your help with your replies. At the same time, I opened a case with Microsoft, and today they contacted me to let me know that they had issued a hotfix for the OCR function that was not working, and that the issue has now been resolved.
    I therefore consider this topic closed.
