Lifecycle Services - create Projects at Partner Level

Hi,

We understand that we need a project per customer in LCS, but is it possible to set up these projects at Partner level, so that all our consultants automatically have access to project and incidents?

Not sure what you mean.

You, as a partner, can create a project and invite the customer into it. You can also pass ownership of the project to the customer.

Hi Paul, I believe that Intention of your questions is to give access to all your consultants to customer projects created by you. At present, you have to add all your consultants manually in all the projects. I am not aware of any other way

Hi,

We were looking for a way to automatically have all our consultants to be able to access a project set up at our company level. It would appear from RamK's response that this is not possible and we have to add each consultant to a project manually.
