Sharepoint integration with list component asking for credentials twice

Just setup sharepoint document integration for our ifd for crm 2011 and 2015 which uses adfs for authentication.   Because both our crm and sharepoint are not online we have to use the list component instead of server-based integration.  When our crm users access the document section of the entity they are prompted for their credentials again.  I understand that this is stated here but there has to be something that I can do in adfs that will permit sso?  A new claim perhaps?  Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the link.  I tried everything suggested but it is still prompting for credentials.  Is it working for you?

If you access SharePoint from inside your network - do you get authenticated automatically? If you don't then the Claims Base auth isn't setup correctly or the internal sharepoint address isn't in your trusted/intranet sites.

If you are external you are always going to be prompted unless you have another browser window open that is already authenticated.

    Hope this helps,

    Scott
