Where can I get instructions on how to set up small package service in a non advance warehouse environment

    Can you elaborate on your question? What is the exact business process what you want to implement?

    The client wants to use transportation management module without advanced warehouse management. Specifically when using an LTL carrier where, how and when do you create the route. 

    It is our understanding that the Small Package Service functionality that came available in March 2020 is the solution to solve this problem. Can not find any documentation on this new functionality.

    Are you referring to this new feature? docs.microsoft.com/.../small-package-shipping-sps

    If so, it is in a public preview and a GA date has been changed to 'To be announced'. I can't find detailed information on Microsoft Docs. There is only a reference to the Warehouse management section.

    Hi Dtyler4390,

    Unfortunately, the feature that has been released doesn't contain the service itself, that is why you will not find any instructions about it. Within this feature additional fields/forms were added that can be consumed by the service. But service itself is not part of this feature.     By the way, you might need to enable SPS feature on your environment. You may use this guide - dynamicsax-silverbullet.blogspot.com/.../turn-on-new-small-parcel-shipping-sps.html

    We've been able to create the customer account service record based on your help. However there is nowhere to enter the authentication key for the carrier.

    Do you have any ideas on that.
