Create public function in CRM

Hi!

I need to create a public function in CRM for our customer service. Customer service must sent POST messages to this public function and after function will be update CRM records. In general, I could create web service (on IIS), create public method, but may be is more simple way?

Could anybody help me?

Download the sdk as well

You can use CRM Endpoints (either SOAP or REST) to send data to CRM.
