How to resolve this issue? I am trying to do debugging snapshot on the production.

Hiya,

Please check this article Snapshot debugging - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

You should start the start the prod debug with F7, then you do the steps in the correct session, then stop the process, download the snapshots and run the debug locally..

You can trigger the steps using the various keyboard shortcuts mentioned in the article, or click the indicator in your VS code:
