We are a small manufacturing co using GP Business Ready Advantage Plan. Our manufacturing module is not really working for us as we wanted or hoped. At any point of time we have about 100 MO open, some of them are in the early stages of order entry and BOM/Router design, while some of them are beeing processed in the shop or at outside services.

We are in real need for a report or a tool to allow us to see the following: which router step is the current step for the MO? How much time till the MO is finished? What the expected finish time for the MO? This report or another report should also help in the order of processing the MOs through the shop.

I am looking for a tool/plugin or third party solution for enhanced production/manufacturing scheduling....Can you recommend any that you have looked into? Out of the box CRM or GP is very limited. Thanks.
