Calculating Discount offer and Kine Discounts

When applying the line discount at the level of the item in the trade agreement, with the definition of offer discount in the retail program, the system takes the offer that comes from the retail, l and override the line discount that comes from the line discount, when choosing the item in the call center.

While if you put the offer discount disabled in the retail the line discount will be applied and appears in the call center screen.

The question is is there a bar that gives priority to the discounts defined in the retail than the line discount that defined by the trade agreement

I have the same question (0)
