HotFix Requested By E-mail Not Come Through

Hi,

It's almost impossible to find the contact details with regards to an issue I'm having with a requested HotFix via an e-mail

Below is the fix I require and have used different e-mail addresses but still no success.

How do I get this resolved? I need a direct contact e-mail as I've tried to raise a request and that the webpage itself is buggy.

How about this link?

Sometimes the Microsoft hotfix request and registration e-mails are delayed aor not arrive at all, give it a try another day and it might work.
