Global customers missing in HQ after upgrade.

After a recent RMS upgrade we've noticed that there are no Global customers listed in HQ. Our warehouse " store" stills sees the total list of customers in the store operations database but other stores no longer have a list. We also use Hero Points as our loyalty system and are concerned that we may have lost our entire points database, as pulling up a summary report shows no customers or records.

    That is because store database is not affected on the upgrade.

    I think the best way to bring back the global customer is to reupload all global customers from a specific store but, the problem is, the store must be updated with customer points. Tell me if this workaround is possible in your case.
