Hello. Does the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise come embedded with a customer portal or must one procure power pages license to enable this feature for self service?

    Hi,
     
    Depending on the pricing of the Power Page, the subscription with Power Page can use predefined templates.
     
    According to the licensing guidance, having a Dynamics 365 Enterprise license allows you to use Power Page, but there is no indication if you can use templates.
