Give access to Batch job history form Log button to a custom role

I have a custom security role and privilege. I have added menu item BatchJobHistory to the privilege with accessLevel - Delete. Then I have added this privilege to my custom role. When I test this role, the user with this role can open the Batch job history form however, although the Log button is clickable but doesn't show the error message for failed batches. I have also tried enabling the form control permissions for this role but nothing helps. Any idea what could be the issue?

    Hi Muhammad,

Are other roles able to click the Log button and view the error messages?

Per the below thread, if there is no error there would not be a log to view:

    Batch Job History Log
