Private and Public queue membership management.

Hi, i am working on one of the business workflow. I need to write plugin using SDK which will handles the following requirements.

1- When a user is added to a team or business unit the user should share his/ her personal queue with all members in the team and all members’s private queues should be visible. 

2- When a user is removed from team or business unit, he/she should be removed from all the private queues of his/her team members.
