I have the case of very few emails sent using Outlook and afterwards tracked in CRM;
all these email details are well tracked but the email body is NULL in CRM.
Initially we noticed 1 email case with this problem.
and I noticed several replies to the same email had the same problem (empty body at CRM side).
And this email case has some html links, but there are not obvious bad characters.. well I have seen emails with an alert/caution message at CRM side due funny characters, but with the body text saved.
This case is different, the email body is empty at CRM side (is in fact NULL in DB field Email.Description)
Looking at records with Description = NULL I have found 42 similar cases in 2 years time .. related to about 6 initial emails and their replies-forwards.
It happens silent. There is no error in the outlook screen.
It was just casual that we found this empty email in CRM but not in Outlook.
How to solve it? We don't want to loose email data.
