CRM 2016 client for outlook

Many clients with CRM 2016 client for outlook have this error :

"There was an error promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Unable to contact Microsoft Dynamics CRM server or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action"

Permissions are ok , could i have help?

1. Whats CRM Server version?

2. Is this Outlook COM\Full Client or Outlook App?

3. Whats Org Id which is getting this error

1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016

2. This the link where i did the download of Outlook Full Client

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

The Office used is 2010 and 2013

3. What did you mean with Org ID? I suppose we have one for the entire organization.

upgrade to very latest update for outlook client add-in for 8.2 version COD.

I installed this update in one of many clientes, let's wait and hope that the error doesn't appear.

If this happens, i will install in the other clientes.

I did upgrade to very latest update for outlook client add-in for 8.2 version COD.

CRM 2016 server and Outlook 2010.

Hello

In one client we upgrade to office 365 and installed to very latest update for outlook client add-in for 8.2 version COD.

The error "There was an error promoting this item to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Unable to contact Microsoft Dynamics CRM server or you do not have sufficient permissions to perform this action" did not ocorred, but it ocorred the error "Tracking 1 out of 1 mails failed"
