Also, Using Sql table trigger we can show the Order track detail in newly created smart lists.

Absent having audit trails configured, there is no report that I am aware of that will tell you which user modified order detail lines. Audit trails is a separate module that you would have had to set up separately. If you don't remember doing it, it probably isn't owned or installed.
