Dynamics 365 Email Entity: Reply Count Field

Hello Community,

The email activity entity has many out of box fields, one of which is called "Reply Count". Does anyone know how this field is getting populated? I have done some testing of replying emails, but this field remains blank. Is the system supposed to auto populate this field?

Any insights would be appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi Partner,

‘Reply Count’ is one of email KPIs, is interaction data, So you need to enabled email engagement on your site.

Use email engagement to view the message interactions such as, alerts, clicked a link, opened an attachment, or sent a reply on your emails.

You can refer to the following link to enable it:

Configure email engagement to show sellers and sales managers the insights on customers' engagement with emails to help build customer relationships. Only the emails that are sent from Dynamics 365 are considered for email engagement analysis.
