Solution import error

Hi,

 I am getting the below error while importing an unmanaged solution to a new org. All dependent solutions are already installed. The entity is Account.

The element 'entity' has invalid child element 'EnforceStateTransitions'.     I upgraded the CRM version of the Target instance to match the source instance and it worked.

    The source CRM version is 6.1.0.581, Target CRM version is 6.0.0.809. The solution was exported against version 6.1

    There are no Download/View logs button. Only the error message given the question popped up.

    Does upgrading the Target CRM version fix this issue?

    Was the solution exported from an org with the same build?  As Jay mentioned, please provide the detailed logs as well.
