I have a client that is trying to email purchase orders using GP 2013. All users are able to email purchase orders, except one.
The user that is unable to send the email can log in to another workstation and email PO's, so it has to be the workstation that is causing the problem.
I have confirmed that the setup in GP is correct, the version of outlook that is being used is 2010 32 bit, MAPI.
When attempting to email from the faulty workstation, there is no error message. In fact, the window shows 'templates processing' and finishes, a window comes up that says 'generating email' and then goes away. There is no record or report of an email actually being sent. Not in the outbox of the workstation or to the test email address that should have received it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
