Power Automate enable/turn on flow after solution is imported

When a solution, which includes solution aware flows, is imported why are the flows not enabled when 'Enable any SDK message processing steps included in the solution' is selected?  It is an extra lift to ensure the system/person performing the import remembers there are power automate flows in the solution and they need to be turned on.

Hi, could you try to use the Power Apps UI? I think it is able to turn on the flow in Power Apps UI.
