The requirements documentation states the client must have up to IE10. However, I have a client that is running IE11 and wants to do an upgrade to GP 2013 R2. Is there an issue with this?

When the software states a requirement - IE10 - and you meet or exceed the requirement - IE11 - you should be good with this configuration.
