Good day to all, I would just like to seek help from you professionals as I am new in this field. Regarding the issue on the region code, whenever I disable personalization, it disappears, and whenever I enable it, it shows back again. I just don't understand what is happening, why the personalization is linked with what is shown on the line. Thanks in advance for the answers.

    Hello,

    You mean you would like to hide the field Region Code on a specific page? Note that Personalization is user specific. It is not for all users.

    I want the field Region Code shown, but whenever I disable the user personalization, the region code also disappears. When enabled it shows again.

    For that specific user, you can use Clear Personalized Pages.
