I have two separate clients that are having problems with Integration Manager GP 2010 starting last week. I have not been able to go on-site at the client sites and look at their workstations but I do know that the integrations work when being ran from the server(s).
The best I can tell is that the Integrations Run successfully but with errors. Once they try to open the log they get errors which kicks them out of Dynamics GP. At that point the user will re-open GP and of course Integration Manager will not run because two Dynamics.exe's are running.
The problem is now the integrations will not run on these workstations again. I have a feeling that both the Integration Manager and Dynamics GP need to be repaired on the workstations. I wonder though what caused this problem to occur at this point?
Both installations of GP have been up and running for more than two months. Could an Office service pack update have caused this issue.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
