Criação de campo para anexar arquivos

Bom dia,

gostaria de criar um campo onde eu possa anexar arquivos em formulários na versão 2016. Posteriormente preciso saber como descobrir onde esses arquivos ficam salvos.

Hi Lucas,

You can use SharePoint Integration with Dynamics365.

Another Optio is to Create a relationship with Notes Entity.

also many third-party tools available in the market.

Yes you can,

It will be stored in Note (annotation) entity:
