    RE: Receiving Batches

If you have SQL knowledge, then follow Sandip suggestion to update batch in appropriate transaction table and correct the batch total & no of trns in SY00500 table. Otherwise follow the mail merge to change the transaction batch.

    Hope this helps!!!

    1. Go to appropriate transaction window.

    2. Then go to Tools-->Macro-->Record to save the macro file.

    3. Now enter the transaction number for any small batch and change the batch id.

Note: Before entering new batch, make sure the batch is available.

    4. Now click save and go to Tools-->Macro-->Stop.

    5. Then follow the Stage B from below link to create a mail merge in word and update the batch.

    Hi,

Update on transactions table and batch table SY00500 can make it possible. You need to recalculate Batch Total and No of Transactions and on SY00500.

    Tks

Can you please elaborate?  I'm unfamiliar with "Macro Mail merge"?

I think no option available your requirement.

But, you can use Macro Mail merge to change the batch id for all the small batches transactions to new batch.

    Hope this helps!!!
