Our company name has changed and we would like to change our CRM 2013 to reflect that. What are our options please?

Hi,
If it is on cloud you need to login in O365 and go to crm settings there you change the company name.
If your Org is Online you can change the name via Office 365.
If your Org is onPremise try following this guide community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-change-organization-and-database-name-in-ms-dynamics-crm-4-0-and-2011.aspx
If its a CRM online, then you may refer to the following blog to change the CRM friendly name and URL:

It is CRM Online, but there is NO Office 365,unless it is extremely well hidden.
We use this method to login:
"Select this sign-in option if you:Have Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online subscriptions, AND Don't use the Microsoft Online Services portal for administration." using a Windows Live Account. Perhaps I do not have sufficient permissions? I inherited this site from someone else...
I am told it cannot be changed. A new account is required.
